Terms

- I/we understand that our horse will be schooled and ridden by Tim Featherstone and/or a staff member of Kate's Riding Centre under Tim's instruction

- I/We are welcome to view the schooling of our horse and will make an appointment by telephone/email in advance

- I/We are welcome to visit out horse at Kate's Riding Centre at any time

- I/We understand we will be invoiced weekly or monthly for our horse’s starting/schooling, according to stay length

- At the completion of horse’s schooling the final invoice must be paid prior to removing the horse from the property

- Kate’s Riding Centre Ltd shall provide the best care and attention possible to your horse whilst grazing with us but shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claims of whatsoever nature or howsoever arising from injury, sickness or death caused to or sustained by the horse whilst under their care
