Grazing registration or enquiry

We offer grazing and agistment for horses and ponies in a herd environment over 200 acres. The weekly grazing fee of $50.00 covers grazing (year-round grass available; hay will be fed if necessary at our discretion), regular barefoot hoof trimming and use of our facilities:
- wash down area
- sand arena
- covered arena
- show jumps
- farm riding (ground conditions permitting).

Additionally you will be charged for the worming of your horse. All herds are drenched twice a year. For further information on our worm management strategy please see the Grazing page on our website. 

We require that at all times you ride safely and respect other people and their horses. You must wear an approved riding helmet and if riding on the farm we ask that you carry a cellphone in case of emergency. See full Safety Terms and Conditions here. 

Most of our horses live barefoot and uncovered, however we do accommodate shod and covered horses. Please detail any special requirements you may have below.

    Grazing Terms and Conditions

    - I/We understand we will be invoiced monthly for our horse’s grazing and twice a year for drenching (approx March and September).

    - At the completion of horse’s grazing the final invoice must be paid prior to removing the horse from the property.

    - Kate’s Riding Centre Ltd shall provide the best care and attention possible to your horse whilst grazing with us but shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claims of whatsoever nature or howsoever arising from injury, sickness or death caused to or sustained by the horse whilst under their care.
